Information you provide

Our inquiry forms collect the business and contact details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business name, telephone number, website, product interests and message. The information requested depends on whether you are making a wholesale, supplier or general inquiry. Required fields are identified on the form.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, assess purchasing or supply opportunities and continue related business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or create a wholesale account.

Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send payment card details, passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential documents through these forms.

How forms and email are processed

Form submissions are processed on the server and sent through Resend, our transactional email service, to info@aerodistribution.ca. Resend and the email providers handling the message process its contents and delivery information. Direct emails to us are also processed by the email providers involved.

The website application does not store inquiries in an application database or browser local storage, and does not intentionally log inquiry message bodies. Inquiry information is held in email correspondence and may be retained by the service providers that process it. A submission confirmation means the email service accepted the message for sending, not that delivery to our inbox or a response is guaranteed.

Your entries remain in the current form while you edit or retry a failed submission. Browser autofill and browser-managed restoration are controlled by your browser. If the form is unavailable or reports an error, you can email us directly.

Hosting, security and service providers

This website uses Vercel for hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, browser and device information, and security or delivery logs. Turnstile processes browser and interaction signals for spam prevention.

These providers, along with Resend and email providers, may process or store information outside Canada. Information may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of the countries where it is processed. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy notices: Vercel, Resend and Cloudflare.

We have not added analytics, advertising trackers or nonessential cookies to this website. Hosting and spam-protection services still involve technical processing; this is not a promise that no technical records are created.

Retention and safeguards

How long inquiry correspondence is kept depends on the inquiry, any resulting business relationship, operational needs and applicable legal requirements. Service providers may also retain records under their own policies. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for all inquiries.

We use information to handle the purposes described here and rely on hosting, email and spam-protection services to support this process. No website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit the information you share accordingly.

Privacy questions and requests

For questions about this notice, or to request access to or correction of personal information you have provided, email info@aerodistribution.ca with “Privacy request” in the subject. You can also ask about deletion or withdrawing consent for further use of your information. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request; applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations may limit what can be changed or deleted.

This notice may be updated when the website or our information-handling practices change.
